Armonia Super Tuscan
Wine making: grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a lower temperature than 27 °C for a period of 18 to 20 days and then transferred to cement tanks for malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: 12 months in French barriques and refined at least 6 months.
Tasting notes: bright strong ruby with a tendency to garnet red wine; fine wine: intense and complex to the nose: hints of raspberry and blackberry, and violet sensations, gentle spicy note. Decisive with elegant tannins, slightly lively with a hint of wood and a complex finish.
