Extravergin Olive Oil of the Chianti CLassico DOP
Varieties of Olives: 95% Corregiolo 5% Leccino e Frantoiano
It is obtained from cold pressing (25°C) of the olives directly picked from the trees in the previously 48 hours. It is preserve in inox steel in order to protect it from the oxidation. At a constant temperature of 18°C.
Tasting notes: intense green colour with clear olive oil and fruity aroma with cardoon notes.
